The neutralized sludge after pickling plant in steel industry has iron, chromium, nickel and other elements in it. This sludge is normally sent to CETP with additional cost. We have designed, supplied, commissionedsludge drying system with rotary calciner, dome furnace and muffle furnace. The dried sludge can be further process for recovery of iron, nickel and chromium in it.
