The use of eco friendly biomass based fuel (briquette) not only reduces operational cost but also reduces carbon emission. Efficient boiler operation on briquette fuel can have evaporation ratio in the range of 3.6 to 4.0 kg/kg and thus have steam cost between 1.6 to 2.0 Rs/kg. We are closely associated with all briquette supplier and can ensure consistent supply of briquette overs the years. The briquette can be fired with internal grate inside the existing boiler or external grate furnace. These furnaces were designed to have clean and complete combustion of fuel and reduces ash disposal. The boilers of 0.5 to 15 TPH capacity and thermic oil heaters of 1 to 10 lakh.kcal/h were successfully converted from liquid fuels viz, furnace oil, LDO to briquette fuel.
